Our cloud-based Wi-Fi performance management software enables organizations to manage the Wi-Fi user experience on their networks. 7SIGNAL software collects Wi-Fi performance data across the enterprise and its analytics engine presents the data as Key Performance Indicators, giving network administrators immediate visibility of Wi-Fi health and performance, enterprise-wide. The system enables businesses to significantly improve Wi-Fi baseline performance, reduce troubleshooting time and proactively identify wireless issues before users complain and productivity is lost.
Rather than monitoring the network from the infrastructure’s point of view, 7SIGNAL’s strategy is to “live on the edge” where devices interact with the network. This is where the most complexity exists and where the user experience matters the most.
We help our customers achieve peak Wi-Fi performance and WLAN service assurance in support of initiatives that help their business grow, increase operational efficiency and elevate productivity. While there are plenty of network performance solutions for wired networks, there are no Wi-Fi performance management solutions on the market that provide Wi-Fi analytics and insights, like 7SIGNAL’s solution.
Wireless collaboration and communication is now ubiquitous. Organizations depend on it to quickly and easily access information anywhere, anytime to help customers and coworkers get work done. It’s no longer good enough to simply have Wi-Fi. In this Age of Connectedness, Wi-Fi is a strategic infrastructure asset that has to work well, all the time.
The total number of internet connected devices will increase from 9 billion in 2013 to 24 billion in 2020. –GSM Association
Mobile Eye has been great. One of the challenges I’ve had is a lack of standardization in the adapters and drivers that were installed in the WOWs (Workstations on Wheels.)

The Christ Hospital Health Network
In the past, I’ve had people working for six months trying to resolve problems that turned out to be the vendor’s issue. Now we have data that we can push back to the vendor with a lot more confidence.

Akron Children’s Hospital
Without a system in place, you can’t put your finger on the issues. So, it is hard to correct what’s wrong or verify what’s right.

Beaumont Health System
I love seeing 7signal evolve, offer new options because they measure like no one else.
Lee Badman, Wi-Fi Architect
I am very positive about 7SIGNAL. They know WiFi inside out, are vendor neutral and have a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
Kees Pronk, Network Administrator
We are no longer flying blind. My goal was to have a system that enabled us to take proactive steps to improve Wi-Fi performance and resolve issues before people complained. 7signal delivered on its promises and our team is now equipped to support more applications and more devices as we move forward.
Greg Slattery, CIO
Community Health and Wellness Centers
7SIGNAL was founded by WLAN and RF engineers in Finland who worked for Nokia and were tasked with improving cellular networks for carriers. While improving the reliability and stability of the hardware that makes up the cellular network’s infrastructure was of paramount importance, it was not enough to overcome the most common customer issues and complaints, which were lack of coverage, poor voice quality and dropped calls.
Born out of the public’s need for dependable wireless service that provided a productive, high quality user experience, the concept of continuous end-user experience testing was established as the best way to improve the network. 7SIGNAL’s founders recognized that wireless networks inside organizations suffered from similar end-user experience performance issues and wanted to help. They created the 7SIGNAL Wi-Fi Performance Management System to manage, optimize and assure Wi-Fi networks for organizations that were growing increasingly dependent on the need for reliable, high performance Wi-Fi to increase productivity and decrease costs.
