So we had a company gathering in the large meeting room of our building here in Rockside Square. When the meeting ended, I went upstairs with my laptop to our suite to continue working at my desk. But something was wrong. I couldn’t get to the web. My inbox wasn’t loading my email. It felt like Wi-Fi connection issue, but that’s insane because the Wi-Fi in the 7SIGNAL suite is outstanding and this had never happened before.
I asked my coworkers if they were having Wi-Fi problems – they said it was fine. I was confused and frustrated because, again, this had never happened before. Well, I have Mobile Eye running as a service on my laptop so I figured I’d just look up my device among all the 7SIGNAL corporate devices and start troubleshooting. Hold on tight!
