7SIGNAL typically releases updates on the 2nd Thursday of each month, with the exception of July and December.

To receive 7SIGNAL special announcements, release updates, maintenance notices, and severity 1 alerts, please subscribe to 'Customer Support' and 'Customer Success' from the 'Manage preferences' link at the bottom of any 7SIGNAL marketing email and add noreply@7signal.com to your contacts.

'Customer Success' covers customer communications and product release updates.
'Customer Support' includes maintenance, security, and software updates.

If you aren't receiving communications from 7SIGNAL and would like to in the future, please check your spam folder, whitelist noreply@7signal.com, and add it to your contacts. If the issue persists, contact your Account Manager/Sales Director or submit a support case via Request Support (7signal.com), and we will update your email preferences.

Software Version Support Policy

7SIGNAL supports the current software version and one previous major version to ensure stability, security, and performance. Customers are encouraged to stay updated with the latest release for optimal functionality and access to new features. For any upgrade assistance or questions, please contact our support team.

Here's how to find and download them:

  1. Log into the 7SIGNAL Academy.
  2. Navigate to the Channels section.
  3. Click on the 'Product Release Notes' folder.
  4. Then click the 'Content' tab.

If you haven't logged into the Academy before and you do not have the access code, please reach out to your Account Manager or submit a support case to request the code.
