Standard Warranty and RMA Process

Standard warranty for Sapphire Eyes is based on your subscription period and covers product defects. It does not cover failures due to installation or exposure to the elements.

Out-of-box defective equipment will be advance replaced.

To report defective equipment, please submit a support case and include the MAC address(es) for each unit here:

We will collaborate to troubleshoot the unit(s) and determine its status.  If determined to be defective, our support team may request you return the unit(s) for further analysis. 7SIGNAL will provide a return label via email.
